In Valencia there are many restaurant were you can eat tapas. Tapas are small starters like a small bread with Iberic ham which is my favourite Tapa. Patatas bravas are pan-fried potatoes with a spicy sauce and at the Restaurant La Taberna de la Reina you can get the best one.

The most I like on the excursions were the Segways, the Oceanografic, the Mercado central and the beach. I like the city because It’s a mix of modern buildings and old buildings and of course the Turia. All the trips were amazing cause we saw a lot of the city.

My restaurant in Valencia is called Lalola. It’s a very nice and modern restaurant. The food is good and some of the dishes are glutenfree. My duties are making the Mise en place, the starters and the desserts.

My family in Valencia is very nice. We become every day a different breakfast and orange juice from fresh oranges. The bedroom and the bathroom is small but ok.

The first time we saw Valencia from the airplane was amazing. It was beautifuler and bigger as I thought. Then we arrived at the metrostadion Xativa and I stand there with opened mouth. It was great.

I hope that I’ll learn much about a diffetent culture and there food and that I’ll see a beautiful city and there people.

Only one day till we fly to Valencia. I’m so excited because I will fly for the first time in my live and I hope that we will all come back healthy.

Everyone says that Valencia is a beautiful city with very good restaurant, so I will go with open eyes through Valencia.
